"My fellow students represent a large diversity of companies and backgrounds. I learn from
their experiences, as well as what is taught in the classroom. Instructors and classmates are
always just an email or instant message away, so I never feel like I’m at a distance even if we are
hundreds of miles apart."

The advantages of the MAB Program for students and their employers are numerous:
• Employee Development: Investment in high potential employees translates into retention, company growth and development
• Company Return: Applied projects throughout the program
• Innovation and Delivery: Course materials accessible anytime, anywhere
• Technology: Interactive and globally accessible
"KSU is one of Cargill’s “core” universities, which means it is one of few select universities we have chosen to
support because their graduates have proven to be bright, talented, possess a strong
work ethic, and have a solid background in their fields of study. There have been many
graduates and employees from Cargill enrolled in the Master of Agribusiness (MAB)
program. The program is actually listed on an internal website for
continuing education as an employee development option.
I’ve been involved in the MAB Advisory Board because I view this
program as an integral “option” for many Cargill employees to use
develop additional skills in the areas of economics, marketing,
and business management within the field of agriculture and food and which Cargill is involved."
