Financial Assistance
Many students are eligible for federal student loans. To determine if you are eligible, please see K-State's student financial assistance site.
Prospective students may fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to being admitted and are encouraged to apply for financial aid by September 1 to avoid funding delays.
Students must present an award letter at the tuition payment due date or have an alternative means of payment available.
Scholarships:
Various scholarships are available to MAB students and include:
Agricultural Economics Department Scholarship
At least one departmental scholarship is awarded annually to a student based on scholarship and financial need.
Alumni Scholarship
At least one scholarship is awarded annually to a student in production agriculture. Applicants are evaluated on scholarship and financial need.
Students must be admitted to the program before their scholarship application will be considered. Please note, applications must be postmarked by December 1 to be considered for funding.
Maurine Allison O'Bannon Memorial Scholarship
The purpose of this scholarship is to perpetuate the memory of Maurine Allison O'Bannon at Kansas State University. This legacy provides $500 to undergraduates and $600 to graduate students who are degree seeking at K-State and enrolled in Division of Continuing Education courses.
