Admission

Application Process

Applications must be received by October 15, but earlier submissions are strongly encouraged due to limited spaces available.

n Complete an application. Apply electronically. You must also pay the $40 application fee online or send a personal check, money order or cashier's check made payable to Kansas State University Graduate School.
n Professional letters of reference. Request three professional letters of reference to be sent to the MAB Program (do not need to be from former instructors).
n Transcripts. Request that each college or university where you received your bachelor's degree or completed advanced course work send an official transcript to the MAB Program. These become part of your records at Kansas State University and cannot be returned. Students whose transcripts are not in English must furnish a translation by an appropriate authority. Failure to list any colleges or universities attended may result in dismissal from the University.
n Statement of objectives. Explain your reasons for entering this field of study, professional plans, and research interests. Mail this directly to the MAB Program.
n Letter of support from your employer. Request that your employer to send a letter to the MAB Program indicating support of your entrance into the program - financial support is not required.
n Resume
n International students. All non-U.S. citizens must include a money order or cashier's check for $55 made payable to Kansas State University Graduate School. Applicants should also provide TOEFL IBT scores. International students must file a complete application by October 1.
